Rod "Torque" Redline has survived the camera blast and is rescued by Yuliana "Yula" Adamovich, another CIA agent stationed in Tokyo. However, she feels responsible for Rod's predicament and the matter is only made further complicated when Rod suspects there might be much more to Yula than what meets the eye.
