After getting lost in the woods after sleep walking (more like sleep running) during a nightmare Stiles finds his way out of the woods but passes out while aimlessly trying to find his way home. He's not too far off from Derek's apartment who picks up his scent and goes to find him. Stiles doesn't remember what happened. Just his nightmare, and now he's in Derek's bed. Sterek.
