Can't help but think Scott would have been very pissed about that. Extra chapters dealing with the missing eight months. Chap 5-6 are humor. chap8 is phoenix.

Update 10/22/15 new chapter 2 (new part 6, moved the other parts down), the estrangement with Kitty. A series of short vignettes on Illyana's time in the X-Brig. During her incineration she had only minor roles, yet she had major impacts. Here are some possibilities on what may have gone on during her imprisonment.
Author's note: Just what did the Cuckoos mentally see after Illyana first returned from Limbo after her initial struggle with Dormmanu (Uncanny X-Men #3 and 4)? The initial confrontation with Dormmanu appeared to have change how Illyana viewed her companions and how she thought. Some of the references in this story are tied to my prior story Snowflake on Ice. Major update.
So just how did Illyana and Kitty get back together? Set just after Epilogue Three in X-Men battle of the atom chapter 10. Something happened that allowed them to connect again. Major update.
In New Mutants 20 Sam tried to kill Illyana when he thinks that Illyana has just stabbed and killed Amara. It turned out that Illyana was just using her soul sword to free Amara from the Demon Bear's magical enslavement. Kind of puts a damper on relationships when somebody tries to kill you, yet Illyana and Sam appear to get along quite well in subsequent issues.
This story takes place a few days after the end of New Mutants 25. After issue 25 Rahne and Illyana appear to get along a bit better, not well but Rahne stopped calling her a witch every third panel (slight exaggeration). I figure that they reached some accommodation after the events in Issue 25. Apologies for my attempt to write a Scottish burr.
Always wondered what happened when Illyana regained her soul. Just how did that go? This takes place right after she has regained the blood stones but before she gives Megan's stones to her. After additional review I find the story to be too "easy" a path; which has resulted in a completely different story (Bloodstone Ghosts) but I decided to publish this one for Illyana fans.
Some enhancements to Uncanny X-Men #015, Girls Night out. Just what happened before they broke for supper? Some minor filling in the blanks.
What if Magik really did switch the Avenger's underwear drawers and plugged the toilets while the Avengers were trapped in the time bubble (as proposed by her to Scott in Uncanny X-Men 3). A bit of an adult take, which is slightly out of character for me, oh well have fun. Minor typo fixes (dang I've got to proof read better)
