  • Malfunction

Tracking anklets aren't perfect. For Neal Caffrey, a malfunctioning anklet becomes a nightmare. After nearly dying in Riker's, Neal has to put his life and soul in Peter's hands to recover from blows mental, emotional, and physical. Deep friendship with a hurt Neal and comforting Peter. No permanent damage is done to our Neal!

  • You Look Like a Koala

Missing scenes from Vital Signs. An excess of adorability, with cuddly Neal acting like a koala and Peter being grouchy and protective. Peter figures something important out about his CI (besides the fact that he's impossible to keep a seat belt on when drugged!), and Neal practices his singing-while-drugged skills on an unappreciative Peter and a very sympathetic El. Gen.

  • Tsunami

When Peter was jailed for murder, he changed. Neal prods Peter about his experiences in jail and shares a trauma of his own, but Peter won't stop lashing out at him. When it can't get any worse, the two are caught in a Tsunami in the middle of the night, Neal drowns, Peter rescues and resuscitates him, and from there on out it's all about survival, reconciliation, and healing. Gen.

  • Turnabout is Not Fair Play

S4/beginning of season five. Neal helps Peter cope with jail, Peter does - well, exactly the awful things he did in canon. Neal reels from the shock. Warning, this ends on a very bitter note for Neal. I was not happy with what the writers did to an adorable friendship, and it shows here. I love and adore Peter's character, and that shows too, but I take a pretty big swing at him.

  • And So It Began

When Neal was sent to a maximum security prison as a first-time white collar offender, Peter felt horrible about it, but there was nothing he could do. Now, four years later, he can help the endearing young convict. But is it worth the risk? Missing scenes fic about Peter's decision to accept Neal's request to be released into his custody. Gen.

  • Handcuffs

Callbacks to all the various times Peter has handcuffed Neal. A series of shorts about Neal, Peter, and in one, Sara. Complete with heaping tablespoons of angst, hurt, comfort, caring, and adorableness. No slash, just deep friendship. but a lot more intimacy than your average bromance. Just like White Collar itself.

  • The Front and the Man

Neal is doggedly okay after the events of Front Man, and there's something very wrong with that. Peter tries to find and mend some of the broken and bruised pieces in his friend.

  • I Love This Car

When Peter picks up his new CI and drives him away from the prison, Neal has a lot to process, a lot to worry about, and a bucketload of trust issues. And he's riding in the most wonderful car. Peter takes him to Five Guys for lunch, he freaks out, and Peter calms him down by throwing peanuts at him. Gen.

  • Cuff Him

Neal was on the brink of murdering Fowler with a stolen gun. He's led away in cuffs. The next thing we see is Neal, Peter, and Fowler calmly discussing the case in Peter's office. What happened in between, and why wasn't Neal sent back to prison on about a dozen charges? Here. Have a nice angst-laden answer to those questions :D Pure, unabashed hurt/comfort fic. Gen.

  • Message in a Lunch Bag

Neal's first days out of prison are uncertain ones for both Peter and Neal. Neal feels humiliated and vulnerable wearing the anklet. He's also hoping to win the friendship of an agent he adores, but Peter is harsh enough to make Neal want to hide. When Peter decides to find out why the anklet is bothering Neal, he discovers something far more important. How to reach his new CI. Gen

  • Ferreting Out the Truth

There's a stakeout in a van. Peter brings Neal a ferret. No plot. No porn. Just fun and games with ferrets and two adorable guys being adorable. A little angst for seasoning, and Peter being awesome. Gen friendship fic, but if you ship the two you'll probably enjoy.
