From the city streets of Glasgow, Deryn Sharp is sent to London. Fatherless, homeless, and rather penniless she joins the Leviathan crew. Playing all the roles seems easy, until Deryn can't find who she really is anymore. How can she offer herself to someone, when she doesn't know what she is offering?
