At a young age Harry met someone called the Doctor, he became his friend. Over the course of his school life the Doctor returned, in each of his incarnations. Leaving Hogwarts Harry continues to have adventures, visited upon by the Doctor's influences and further incarnations, friends, and enemies.

In between one of the time loops the Doctor finds herself back on Skaro, at the city of the Daleks and meets someone from her past, someone who can't believe she's there or that the Daleks would be in Manchester.

Harry didn't put his name in the cup. His best friend's turned on him, Dumbledore wouldn't help. He turns to a family to help, he discovers a world of magic that should've helped him and one who did not. New friends are made and those choices change things for the better.

Harry sees only one option when his name comes out of the cup - to escape where the contract can't follow. Where he goes changes him, and those who remained change too. Desperate measures implemented change how paths are walked for not just Harry but others too. Adventures still had, but different paths taken to escape dangers.

Gallifrey is his home. It's where he's grown up, where he's studied, where his brother has also. Harry Potter is a Time Lord of Gallifrey, one with fascinating powers that Pythia would have recognised well. Now he must work out who he is when the universe is open to him.

Harry sees only one option when his name comes out of the cup; run from it. But the MInistry's says he entered a contract and laws cross borders. Only one option exists; to go somewhere the Ministry's and the International Confederation's laws can't take hold of him.

It's been 15 years since the war. Since Harry Potter died. Hermione Granger is the Ministry for Magic, divorced from her husband and Auror Ron Weasley. She's also in something of a secret relationship with Draco Malfoy.
