AU after Half-Blood Prince. Voldemort is in control of the wizarding world. Harry is captured and placed under Voldemort's protection because of the horcrux.

Several hours after the attempt on Severus Snape's life, Sirius Black tries to come to terms with what he's done and what it means for his future.
