    One day King Julien comes to visit his penguin neighbors with a newspaper where he wants to read their horoscopes. The penguins agree, but Julien notices that the smart-y penguin doesn't seem interested. Slight Julien/Kowalski, but there will be more if you like! ;D and yeah, this first chapter is REALLY short.
