From the moment Killian had seen Emma in the lobby of their apartment building he had wanted to ask her out but his timing was always wrong. After another failed attempt he soaks in the tub trying to forgot yet another failed attempt which doesn't work.
On one of Storybrooke's coldest night Emma tries to stay warm in her loft. It's not easy with a dying radiator and Killian making hot coco for the first time.
CS AU. Emma returns to Storybrooke after being away for ten years for Ruby and Victors wedding. During her first night home and drinking she runs into Killian. Which results in them picking up where they left off.
