They thought the hunt was successful. They shot a witch right in between the eyes. Sam and Dean headed back to their motel to pack up and leave. That's when Dean started acting weird.
He sat at his desk and did homework at 2 in the morning when the phone rang. Castiel clicked on. "This is the Suicide Hotline. I'm Castiel." "Umm…hi. I really don't know why I'm calling?"
Kayla and Elliot took a little while to pick out their candy as for Dean he picked four different king sized packages and threw them in the cart. "Dean…"
"What is it like?" Aster muttered. "What is what like?" Dean replied confused. "Sex…"
It seems like pain and regret are your best friends, because everything you do leads to them...
8 Years Later... "What do you mean?" Dean yelled. "I'm enlisting into the Army." Wyatt stood in front of his fathers.
"Castiel? It's good to hear from you again. What has it been? Ten years?"
And Even As I Wander, I'm keeping you in sight, You're a candle in the window, On a cold, dark winter's night, and I'm getting closer than I ever thought I might/ Can't Fight This Feeling (By: REO Speedwagon)
Just a old witch/demon. A simple hunt for Sam and Dean. A witch/demon that takes your hearts most desired dream and twist it. What could go wrong? (Warning: Wincest)
Dean rolled over and looked at the clock. '3:54' He sat up in confusion. Cas had walked out of the room. Dean swung his legs off the bed and rose to his feet. He walked downstairs and the living room was vacant, but he heard Cas in the kitchen, plus the kitchen lights were on.
Cas opened the back door and walked over to Dean. "How's the sun?" Dean looked up from his book. "Pretty good. Sonny's dead asleep so Ethan and Johnny placed a stencil on her back. Pretty funny."
"You got time to talk to your Daddy, college girl?" Holly looked up and set her book down. "I always have time to my Daddy." Holly smiled. (MAJOR TEARS/FEELS AT END)
"Care to repeat that?" Dean snapped. "You're pregnant." Dr. Rosen repeated. "No, we got that part, repeat the next part." Cas asked.
"Is that everything?" Cas asked. "I think so." Holly looked up from the moving truck.
Dean and Cas woke up by the hyper active toddler jumping on the bed. and a phone ringing. Cas took the phone and Dean took the toddler. "Hey, baby girl. How's you sleep?"

Takes place right after "Surprises Around Every Corner", but it doesn't stay there for long. The Winchester household hit a few bumps in the road and one might be too much for one Dean Winchester...
