When Naruto was still a young boy, he met a young woman that saved him from trouble. She only appeared when he was in danger and told him that her name was Lillian. After leaving for an unknown trip and giving Naruto a crystal of good luck, Lillian disappeared and never came back. Years later Naruto was sent on a mission to find a fairy that had been sighted near Konoha.

This is about a girl named Uchiha Megumi who is not directly related to Sasuke and Itachi.
