Katy is a character that I have created who is the love interest of Draco Malfoy in this story. She is magical like all other hogwarts students but with a twist, she doesn't use a wand for her magic. This story takes place in the triwizard tournament, but the longstanding emotions between the two characters have existed for a long while. This is my first piece of FanFiction, enjoy!
