In an effort to stop Voldemort from creating horcruxes, Hermione travels back to 1944, to destroy them the instant they're made. Plans change, however when she finds herself falling for Tom. How can she destroy him? Hermione now knows she was meant to redeem him. Eventually, he helps her stop the man that is Voldemort. Tom/Hermione with mentions of Harry/Hermione.

At the bottom of a staircase, Hermione finally takes the time to sort out her feelings for Harry and Ron. At the same time, Harry musters up the courage to tell her how he really feels about her. Tears, and confessions are exchanged, and the two realise they have found each other at last. ONE-SHOT
