Percy Jackson has never been well known, an outsider. That is until he becomes famous for one thing: dying. On the night of his seventeenth birthday, shot down during a robbery, Percy fades from existence, but he's not gone. Not until he has a chance to relive his last day and change it all. Making up for all his mistakes he starts with a boy he ignored for years: Nico di Angelo.
When Nico falls ill all he wants is to spend the day healing with the one person he cares about the most: Will Solace. But dating a doctor has its downs. Due to his contagious germs and critical need of curing, Nico gets no love from Will. Only medicine bottles, latex gloves, and a thermometer in his mouth. Hades hath no fury like Nico di Angelo scorned. And annoyed.
With Erebor in his power and the dwarven gold Thorin, son of Thrain, has succumbed to the sickness that plagued his grandfather nearly one hundred years prior. With the taste for gold now on his tongue the mighty king is determined to claim the Arkenstone and every other form of treasure under the mountain. This includes the most cherished prize of all: Bilbo Baggins, his burglar.
Nico seems more annoyed and withdrawn than usual. Can Leo cheer him up or will his whole idea be a big mistake?
Percy knows that love is a weird concept. Look at his parents for example: remarried after seven years of divorce. No one could have counted on it. As far as weird love stories go he is no stranger. In fact he is the main star in a twisted attraction of his own. With his uncle remarried and two new cousins he never expected to fall for one of them. He never expected the temptation.
Percy isn't too ecstatic when he finds out his father is shipping him to Rome for the Summer. What's there for him? No friends, no family, no anything. But all that changes when he meets a local boy named Nico di Angelo. And what happens in Rome stays in Rome. But what repercussions will his actions have when he returns home?
Nico has a habit of running away in times of needed comfort and now with Percy Jackson in Tartarus he needs someone more than ever. Hurt, crushed, and broken, no one notices- no one, but Jason Grace. And all he wants to do is fix what is shattered. (Warning for sexual content!)
I left camp. I was worried about what was around the corner. I was afraid of myself. It was because of him, too. Percy Jackson- I, Nico di Angelo, am not interested in avoiding him or turning the other cheek anymore. Instead we're going to go head to head, because neither of us wants to back down. But, in reality, I would rather love than fight.
After spending time in the dark depths of Tartarus, Nico has a new found fear; being alone. Usually one of his sanctuaries, loneliness now takes him back to those days in that pit. The only thing that can fight away his fears is the light, but when the lights flicker out and the flames die, Nico has to find a new to overcome his fear. A new light named Leo Valdez.
After a deadly battle on his own and returning to Camp Half Blood, Nico is shattered. It's all mixed up in his head, his memories; the images, the sights, the smells, the sounds. All his memories are out of order and he needs to fix it. Though he doesn't remember everything and it's not put together one thing never changes; he is completely and utterly in love with Percy Jackson.
