Harry and the group continue with the reading of Harry's life, and boy is it a year! The adults aren't sure who they want to strangle first, Harry for getting into situations like this, or the adults that let it happen! So much for Sirius wanting a nice, quiet year...

Did you really think that a group of Aurors and a werewolf could come pick Harry up after a Dementor attack and not think that something was wrong in that house? Be real, here. Kingsley happens to think that he's a very good Auror, thank you very much.

James Potter doesn't trust Dumbledore as much as he lets on. How could that change things for Harry?

Amelia knew something was wrong as soon as she read the casefile, but figured she would learn more during the hearing. She knew something was really wrong when he walked into the courtroom, and she heard what was said next. This just would not stand. Who knew that her world would turn upside down so quickly.

Harry's been feeling like something was being kept from him for a while... he just didn't expect the goblins to be the ones to rescue him from the Dursleys and explain. Bad Dumbledore, good Snape, slightly manipulated but still good Weasley's.

Harry and Ron were in the middle of a rescue when they suddenly found themselves in a room full of loved ones, the Dursley's, and a few who were supposed to be dead. All to read a few books about him. Can't his life ever be normal? Oh, and for some reason Snape is there, and there were told not to judge him without the full story. Great. slight Dumbledore bashing.

"It's time you got a reality check." Harry said. "Reality check?" "Yes... into just what it is to be me." In which Harry is sick and tired of Ron's constant jealousy. Of course, things don't always go quite as planned. This time, though... that's a good thing. GOF AU
