Raye's recovery is put to the test when Jadeite and a squadron of drones return to M-Space looking for payback, and the Sailor Scouts are divided as they fight the enemy on multiple fronts. Meanwhile, deep in the bowels of the Negaverse, Zoisite approaches Tridymite with a shady proposition.

Amid demands for more energy, Jadeite seeks a way to repair his powers. On Earth, Sailor Moon begins additional training with Sailor Venus, and Lightstorm delves deeper into the mysterious "Mr. Shields". Five mysterious words echo hauntingly in the old warrior's mind, forcing him to ponder what strange forces have brought Darien Shields to the City of Eyes.

While the newly-activated Sailor Scouts continue to settle into their roles as heroes, Artemis and Luna clash over Jason's involvement. Elsewhere, Zoisite chafes under Jadeite's command as they enact the latest energy-gathering stratagem devised by the Supreme One.

A sudden energy surge in the dead of night sparks a deadly race to control a powerful dormant Sailor Scout. Zoisite and its squadron of Negaverse assault drones prowl the midnight city, searching for the Scout. The active Scouts race through the metropolis. Amid the chaos, Lightstorm and the new Scout must join forces to survive a night in the City of Eyes.

The two-bodied creature known as Zoisite has been tasked with hunting down unactivated Sailor Scouts. Serena and Luna search for the remaining Scouts affected by the Emergency Temporal Shift, and Lightstorm begins training the newly-activated Sailor Mercury.
