  • Partners for Life

A series of Fitz-Simmons drabbles. Romantic, platonic, past, present or future, whatever you guys want. Series will revolve around Fitz-Simmons (funny stories, tender moments, and a deep sense of partnership), but other team members will be featured in certain drabbles. Post ideas as reviews or PMs, and I'll write them as fast as I can.

  • Like a Willow Tree

One day when the Master is away, Erza leads the guild into battle. After, she questions her leadership; until Natsu reminds her of something Makarov said to him, Erza, and Gray one day, long ago... that to lead meant acting strong. Acting like a willow tree, bendable and solid. Dependable. Something they never forgot.

  • A Matter of the Soul

After saving Coulson, the team works harder than ever to understand Centipede. Simmons notices how worn out the team is, and proposes a way to reduce stress: a team-wide karaoke night. Everyone has to participate... even Coulson. But there's more than just singing. FitzSimmons pairing (the beginning of romance), a bit of SkyeWard. Takes place in the middle of season one.

  • Magical Steve Irwin

"Charlie is so good with dragons. He's like a magical Steve Irwin," Hermione said. Ron looked at her blankly. "A magical who?"

  • Hawthorn

"The hawthorn wand seems most at home with a conflicted nature, or with a witch or wizard passing through a period of turmoil" – Ollivander. The wand must have chosen right, because Draco knows conflict. Especially in himself. Draco introspective, set in book six.

  • Fire Dragon Roar

My take on the last day Igneel spent with Natsu. He stayed later than the other dragons wanted him to, to teach the young wizard the fire dragon's roar; a move he knew would unlock more of the boy's power. He also stayed to give him a gift: a small piece of fabric he thought the boy would like. A scarf. Something the boy treasured immediately.

  • The Labyrinth

"My mind is like the labyrinth." Cassandra said. "It doesn't hurt, but when I hit a wall I notice it. And sometimes I need help getting through." "I can navigate it." Jake said. He didn't know if she believed him; she didn't know if he believed himself. A brief talk between Cassandra and Jake that deepens their relationship. Hints of a future pairing, but no romance.

  • Impulses

In which Simmons and Fitz find an alien device that seems oddly human, but can't figure it out. It has a strange effect on them, making the logical part of their brain… not be so logical. Impulses take over, including anger and frustration. And passion. Yeah, definitely passion. Idea by awesomeness-in-white.

  • Thinking Out Loud

"I care about you." she said. "You do?" he asked. She looked down, some hair falling to slightly cover her face. "More than you know." Songfic for Erza and Jellal. Takes place towards the end of the Oracion Seis arc. Based on the song "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran. People fall in love in mysterious ways. For these two, it's all about history. Does not actually contain lyrics.

  • His Lucky Day

The cards Cana drew for Gray said it was his lucky day. That was the day Erza arrived at Fairy Tail. Inspired by the Tower of Heaven story arc. Can be seen as friendship or a bit romantic, whatever you prefer (I see it as friendship). Gray's point of view.

  • Every Little Word

Simmons stayed by his side every moment after their ocean rescue, praying for him to wake up. She told him personal stories, and recounted adventures the two had shared together. Fitz may not have been able to respond, but he heard her. She brought him back. He heard every little word.

  • Compliance

"I trust Miss Simmons. She's ready to be moved up, I think." "And if it turns out she's not? If she can't be trusted?" A dreadful smile. "Then we make her comply, of course." Simmons had their trust, but how long could that last? Eventually they had to find out the truth. HYDRA always does. Takes place after Season 2, episode 3.

  • Finally Free

The Giant War is over, and Leo only has one thing on his mind: Calypso. He promised to come back for her, and now he can fulfill that oath. After getting back to Camp Half-Blood, that is. He needs to repair Festus. And Festus is only the first part of his plan.

  • Whatever It Takes

Leo made a promise to Calypso that he would come back to her. And Leo Valdez takes his oaths very seriously. Even if he can't act right away, his oath is always on his mind.

  • Broken

Ziva sees herself as being broken. Tony has nightmares about that very thing. Only after Ziva tells Tony how she sees herself does he realize what her problem is, and how wrong his nightmares were: what she sees as broken is the person she used to be. The woman standing before him is new and more vulnerable, true. But vulnerable does not mean broken. Sometimes it just means growth.

  • A Matter of the Heart

Back at the Academy, Fitz and Simmons were the best of friends, maybe even closer than that. For one of them, those feelings developed to an extreme one particular night, at a karaoke bar… The beginning of Fitz-Simmons.

  • The Whispers That We Hear

This is my explanation for the end of Turn, Turn, Turn, and what I believe could happen next. What if Garrett found a way to control Ward, and not only him, but another agent of Coulson's team? And what if this method of control was developed by one of them, a long time ago? Can the rest of the team delay the battle with HYDRA by saving their friends?

  • Simple Gifts

Ron knelt down in front of Hermione. He reached into his jacket and pulled out something small. He opened his hand and revealed a flower, which he held up to her. "Hermione Granger, will you be my girl?" She took the flower and nodded, smiling. It was the simplest of things, but sometimes those are the most valuable things of all.
