A fish named Oscar have always dreamed about becoming a somebody by living a life of luxury, and he has made his dream come true by lying about killing a shark. However, Oscar eventually realized that his great white lie causes more harm than good, and he learns that being rich and famous isn't really worth of being a somebody after all and it's about being yourself.

A shark crime boss named Don Salvatore plans to take over Southside Reef as he disapproves of fish and sharks getting along, and it's up to Oscar and his friends to save the reef.
