Seven years ago I did a roster for PSAS 2. It wasn't great, but hindsight is 20/20. In the 10th year of PSAS's existence, I've decided to have a crack ar redoing my roster from the ground up. Hope you enjoy!

The year is 1987 and something isn't quite right. The cold war is much hotter but DIO has still reappeared as a threat. On the other side of the globe, a mysterious Iranian has summoned a group of stand users for some conveluted purposes. Hanna Rommel is suspicious, but still following as it becomes clear that there is a far more serious threat than the Iranian is letting on.
