This story takes place in an AU where Emilia wakes up from her Icy Slumber, 65 years before Subaru's arrival. She goes through trauma of having to participate in the Demi Human War from over 50 years ago. Which had left her with a lasting scar that she will never forget. And as the story goes on, things are not as they seem.
