Lady Macbeth had the suspicion of being pregnant and invites her best friend, when they are together she begins to have strange changes and for this reason Fiona takes her to her forest. While there she has a change again but out of nowhere appears Dr. Strange. Fiona offers him food and he vomits it up,splashing her and Lady Macbeth. He realizes the queen's problem and intervenes.
