CJ, after taking up an offer to travel with his parents, prepares to spend his three months of summer vacation relaxing on the lush island of Ambersap, leaning back, maybe in a hammock. Little did he know that two guys, a laid-back otter and a soulful chameleon, would take that hammock and send it swinging like an amusement park ride.

Nona is a human turned Mudkip, who finds herself lost in a world where her kind is only that of a whisper.
