5 plus 1 Thing - Five times Geralt tries to kiss Jaskier and fails. Plus the one time he eventually succeeds... It's mostly fluff, longing and mutual pining.

Geralt and Jaskier have a falling-out. This leads to Geralt returning to Kaer Morhen without Jaskier, done with the bard's reproaches and behaviour. In his attempt to get as far away from Geralt as possible Jaskier ends in a dank prison cell, exposed to torture, sentenced to death and awaiting his execution. Geralt only hears of it when it's already too late to save him. Or is it?

Jaskier struggles with his ageing body and Geralt's seemingly ageless appearance, his feelings for the Witcher and his role in Geralt's life, Yennefer's influence on Geralt, and life at large. Naturally, that's not going to end well... Inspired by the song "Her Sweet Kiss" from the show, hence the title.

Jaskier is abducted by a sorcerer and held captive in a dungeon to force Geralt into doing a job he would never agree to otherwise. Hesitantly, Geralt accepts the mission, though it goes against all his principles. Soon pretty much everything that can go wrong does go wrong and Geralt realises he probably won't be able to return within the given timescale to save Jaskier's life.
