Several years after Team Rocket's defeat changed her life, ambitious trainer Alaska is on a mission to prove trainers can succeed without using a traditional starter. Her journey is upended when two spiteful forces begin separate plots to destroy Kanto, and Alaska is forced into a battle she wants no part of that will force her to choose between her destiny and her dreams.
