"There were once three-and-ten tin soldiers..." The metacrisis Doctor is left in an unfamiliar universe with nothing but a piece of TARDIS coral, and one heart. Rose is unsure of the familiar stranger, but when the Doctor becomes gravely ill, it's left to her to save not only his life, but any chance they may have of a future.
