Michael Afton should be dead. He'd just been lured into a deathtrap by his own father to die at the hands of his murderous animatronics. He should be dead. Instead, he wakes up in a Gotham hospital room somehow still alive after everything that happened. And he'd not the only one who has questions about what happened to him.

In ancient times, the world was ruled not by humans, but by the Ancient Titans. The Light sees a way to return humanity to its rightful place, and restore its evolution. Reawakening the Titans might be out of the question, but that doesn't mean they can't make new ones.
