The thing is that they don't know who told them to travel but they always travel somewhere. There is no past present or future because when you time travel you can see the world anywhere any time!

This is based after the Hunger Games. The Hunger Games is over. But the districts is in poverty, the capitol are partying and throwing food around. Will the victors stop with bribes from the new president, and start helping the districts. Will this work? Will lives be lost? Or will they triumph again? Rated T to be safe!
