After Lord Voldemorts resurrection at the end of the Tri-Wizard tournament he begins to secretly gather power. He sends his loyal Death Eaters across the world to recruit notable dark figures to his cause. One of those is a man who has a great deal of knowledge of powerful artifacts, and is exceptionally talented at aquiring them.
