Nightwing has been dead two years, murdered by Deathstroke. On the second anniversary of Dick's death, Deathstroke finally reappears, but a mysterious and dangerous new associate is running alongside the mercenary. Will the Bat-Family finally get vengeance, or will Slade's mission destroy what little remains of the family?

Dick hasn't been Batman for very long, but it's already the hardest thing he's ever done. The new Batman and Robin don't work well together, Damian and Tim constantly argue, and Jason is being, well, Jason.
