After Shadow Moth gets a hold of the miraculous, Ladybug must make her greatest sacrifice as Guardian: renounce her position to deactivate all of the miraculous. Years pass, and Marinette still has none of her memories of her time as Ladybug. Meanwhile, Adrien has been waiting for the day they would return to their roles as protectors of Paris. Takes place 5 years after Season 4.
