Hogwarts is having a relativly normal year. A students dies, villians return, all is normal, until Victoria Lovelace returns at the end of the triwizards tournament along with Cedrics dead body which is drained of blood and Harry Potter. No one knows who is she is, but everyone is absolutly terrified of her.
