Description: during the department of mysteries Luna grabs some time turners before Hermione destroys them all. For years after the battle of Hogwarts, nothing changed death eaters and death eater wannabe's controlled the government and terrorized muggles and muggle-borns. As a last resort, Luna uses the time turners and goes back in time.
