Hotch went into protective custody with Haley and Jack after 5.01 "Faceless, Nameless" leaving a pregnant Emily Prentiss behind. Except neither of them know that yet. Sixteen years later, Lia Hotchner-Prentiss needs her father's help.. to find her mother. It's a little angsty, but there's some joy in there too, I promise. Happy endings for Hotchniss.
