A storm forces Charlotte to spend the night at the Colbourne estate. Takes place after the garden party, but before the ball. Colbourne has not explained and things are awkward between them.

Two years after Lee is presumed killed on assignment, Amanda gets a mysterious phone call. Story takes place roughly three years after the end of the series.
