The story takes place 20 years after chaos has settled in the world because of a virus. Jack Frost, a cold and bitter survivor, is hired to smuggle 19-year-old Elsa Snow out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job becomes a big and exciting journey as they cross the United States and depend on a small job to survive.
