Arthur (OC) is the child of a noble family bearing the holy blood of the Time Dragon. When his family patron charges him with the defense of the world, he must leave his homeland and strike out to join the Shepherds. Along the way he meets others bearing holy blood, and together they face the question that haunts them all: can the future be rewritten? Only time will tell.
