After the events of the 74th Hunger Games, Panem's leaders decide to host a very different Quarter Quell to keep the Capitol and all of Panem distracted. This year, tributes will be paired up together by a Matchmaker to see if romance will blossom in the Arena. However, if one half of the couple dies, the other will die as well.
