I read a FF that was written 6 years ago. It was unfinished but SO good it needed an ending. The other story goes: Maura runs off for 5 years, as she will, and gets engaged. Jane sees it plastered on insta and is sad. Maura runs back to Jane but that's where it ends. There is no interaction between them. I wrote the interaction because we need resolution gosh dang it! So...enjoy.

WARNING this is Sad! There is a main character death, but I promise it's worth the read. Lives are followed and recalled through trips to The Stone that bears a special name. The story is moving and captivating. Bring the tissues and some tea. As always thanks for reading. This story is complete.

Maura has settled in another country. Jane, the one to blame for her leaving, makes a soulful journey to find her. There is no real angst in this. It's just two souls doing a lot of work to come back to each other. The last chapter will be hot and steamy but it's not finished yet. The rest of the story stands alone so I'll post it. It's T rated up until the last chapter.

This is post show. Much angst and eventual Rizzles when Maura needs a little help getting out of a jam. Jane comes in as the hero as usual, but it's not exactly welcomed. Maura is still a little upset with someone going to DC... This is a rescue so there is violence and killing. Please note trigger warnings.
