I've seen a lot of Fanfic where the Quintuplets are transported to COTE, but never the other way around. In this one, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji escapes the White Room and attends the same school as the Nakano sisters, eventually becoming their teacher. The sisters gradually fall in love with him, while he overcomes any obstacles his father throws in his path.
