Japan wants America to watch horror movies to build up his tolerance. America does, because he'll do anything Japan asks him to do. He is able to ignore it until he isn’t, and then it is the worst situation he’s ever been in, it is the thing he won’t escape— it is just like every other bad situation. Except, now France realizes that he is the common denominator; there must be something wrong with him. CW references to SA; suicide.

It’s 1853 and America is crying in an empty room in Japan’s house because Japan is drinking (even though really none of this has anything to do with Japan), and he is sure that this is going to be a defining moment in their international relations. tw: child abuse, alcohol(ism)
