A 5x03 AU. Dean on the way back from finishing a hunt goes to the bar that Sam has been working in and finds out that hunters had found Sam.
A 4x22 AU. Sam doesn't kill Lillith and the apocalypse is stopped but Dean is still angry at Sam for trusting a Demon over him. Hunters find out that Sam drank demon blood and they have nothing good in mind. hurt! Sam and protective! Dean
A 5x04 AU. Dean watches Sam walking towards him and comes back into senses when he hears the unmistakable sound of a bullet

A 4x22 AU. Sam doesn't kill Lillith as he figures out that Lillith is the final seal. Niw the tension between Sam and Dean is still there because Sam trusted ruby over Dean but a little incident makes Dean prioritize what matters the most

A 4x21 AU. Sam isn't drinking Demon blood but was still working with ruby to defeat Lucifer. When Dean called Sam "A monster", Dean saw the affect it did to Sam but was surprised when Sam falled unconscious
