Humanity was relatively at peace. The mass had no need to worry under the watchful gaze of Pro-Heroes everywhere. This led to flaws in society. Corruption in the Pro-Hero society, Governments doing as they please, and discrimination against the Quirkless. Take away the Symbol of Peace, and what happens to Humanity then? All there is at the end of the tunnel, is war.
