A dumpster, pretty much. It's where I dump all my story ideas and put them into short stories, writing prompts, one-shots, and such. Do with them what you will: praise them, roast them, make a reaction fic out of them, or use the prompts to make your own fanfiction - I don't care. Just put credit where credit is due.
