Izuku got One for All, at the age of nine. He had a mentor, Hawks. He was trained, by the HPSC. Without even All Might's knowledge, he passed his quirk to the closest person he could. With a body so small, One for All had to adapt to its new host with wielders who had different sets of quirks. Under the HPSC thumb, he could save the world or doom it. Superman/Homelander Midoriya
