Tulkas is not the only one who disagreed with Manwe's decision to unchain Melkor. A Maia of Yavanna, Elenil, is hesitant to agree, and not only does not trust Melkor her trust in Manwe is fading. This is a fourth year fun thing set in medieval times with my own characters and those of HP. It is in no way intended to be foreshadowing of my saga. Bored, the students of Hogwarts decide to play a game of kingdoms.
