A possessive Skyress, snarky Ingram, and #overit Taylean, the brawlers are definitely not ready. When Shun is injured during a fight against Wiseman, Jaakor and his students take him to New Vestroia, hoping to open a second portal to Earth. But before they can, they meet three very important Bakugan, including one claiming to be Shun’s mother.
When Shun comes home from Neathia, he is immediately swept up in a new conflict brought on by the sudden return of his father, who had left before he was even born. Family secrets begin to unravel, leaving Shun to wonder why his father really left and what it truly means to be a Kazami.

Meanwhile, trouble is rising as Eggman continues to investigate the reason for Shadow's interference of his last plot.
