The Company has been having a good laugh as the story of their quest spreads through the mountain and more and more retellings makes Thorin out to be Bilbo's damsel in distress. It stops becoming funny when Thorin's honor is challenged, and it's up to Bilbo to defend it.

All Bilbo wanted was to be an ambassador to one of the richest kingdoms in Middle Earth. Upon meeting its prince, his opinion is greatly lessened. However, Bilbo still finds himself agreeing to play the part of his consort to help free Erebor from the gold mad Thror. Turns out, Thror may not be as blind as his grandson thinks, and intends to use Bilbo to get rid of Thorin.

For the countries of the world there was only one rule they needed to follow at all costs: never put your own needs before that of your people. America and Germany are about to learn this the hard way as they transform into darker versions of themselves desperately wishing to stay 'good men'. (Implied 2p countries)
