this is my version of what happened during Jak 2. I'm putting Logan/Wolverine from Marvel Comics/X Men in the story, not only because, what isn't better when you add Logan, but he actually has a crucial part in this story. That said, enjoy the story.

I always wanted to see Rogue and Gambit meet in the X Men movies. Sadly, I don't think that will happen. But, this story takes place in the X Men movie-verse, and Remy (yes, the X Men Origins Wolverine, Taylor Kitsch Remy) joins the X Men. I liked Taylor Kitsch as Gambit & I don't want to hear any crap about hating on him. so, just don't start with that here. take it elsewhere.

Adam gets some news that will change his and Abbie's life forever. I was going to wait to upload this story until it was finished, but I decided to upload what I have in the mean time.

some outlaws want to get their hands on some of the Cartwrights' money. they decide to try a different approach to get the Cartwrights to hand over some of their money, get to the Cartwright sons by kidnapping their wives, and demanding ransom money from the Cartwright family.
