Experiment 626, aka Stitch, never crashed on Earth. As a result Lilo never meets Stitch. When Lilo and Nani's home is mysteriously destroyed by forces which seek to totally destroy the Pelekai family, CIA Agent Cobra Bubbles is forced to take the two sisters into safety.
