Doremi befriends a black-haired girl who turns out to be a witch apprentice. She learns that this girl is targeted by the Black Queen and the Ojamajos' shadows in search of the Philosopher's Stone of Darkness. So Doremi and her friends are charged to protect the girl while also searching for the Seven Philosopher's Stones to fight against the Forces of Darkness.
